- Delivery
all quotes are exclusive of delivery and a cost may be incurred depending on the destination and size of delivery. For an exact costing of delivery please contact us and we can inform you of the cost and schedule of our couriers.
- Samples
Where possible a pre-production sample can be supplied prior to commencement of order. This may be supplied plain (unprinted) and is for style only. When printing is required high resolution, PDF file or Full Colour proof will be provided for approval. Please note that production schedule will not commence until we receive final signed approval of artwork.
- Over & Under
With custom made products it is sometimes difficult to produce exact quantities. Therefore we reserve the right to over or under produce by up to 10% and invoice accordingly.
- Screen Printing & Artwork
Please note that prices can vary greatly depending on your printing requirements. All prices are subject to the sighting of the artwork. We can only give firm prices once final artwork/films have been received by us.
- Punched Holes
We may not clear punched holes from Tab dividers or other products where holes are required, as these are easily pushed through in use. Please advise us prior to quotation if you require these to be removed during manufacturing.
- Order Delays
While ever effort is made to meet our deadline, delays may occur due to stock or print delays out of our control. We will endeavour to keep you informed as we are notified but take no responsibility for any late penalties incurred.
- New Accounts
All new accounts will be treated on a COD basis until a trading credit account form has been completed and accepted by our accounts dept. A part payment may be required for new first time clients. A form can be emailed/faxed to you.
